How I can help

We all long to be seen, heard, understood and loved. We heal when we feel safe in a relationship, connected to our bodies, our breath, the present moment, and one another.

Do you often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? Are you facing challenges in your relationships, your family, or your health that feel difficult to carry alone? You don't have to go through this by yourself. I offer a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where we can explore what's weighing on you — at your pace, and in your own way.

Individual, couple and family therapy

Individual, Couple & Family Therapy

“The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives.”— Esther Perel

I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, or relationship difficulties. Together, we create a space where all perspectives can be explored with care and without judgment.

My approach is grounded in systemic thinking — we look not only at individual experiences but also at the patterns and relationships that shape them. With curiosity and openness, we can gradually move closer to what lies at the core of who we are, gently exploring the parts that may have been hidden or pushed aside. As we allow them to be expressed, we may feel more alive, and in a sense, more whole.

Psycho-oncology and palliative care

Psycho-Oncology & Palliative Care

“The most important thing we can offer another person is our presence.”— Rachel Naomi Remen

A serious or life-limiting illness can affect every aspect of life — emotionally, relationally, and existentially. I provide psychological support for people living with cancer or other life-threatening conditions, as well as for their loved ones.

This work can include coping with diagnosis and treatment, dealing with fear, uncertainty, or grief, and finding ways to maintain a sense of meaning and dignity. In palliative contexts, the focus may also be on support at the end of life, creating space for what matters most.

Workshops

Workshops

“Healing is not a solo act — it happens in relationship and in connection with others.”— Gabor Maté

I offer workshops for groups and organisations on mental health, resilience, trauma, and coping with crisis and loss. These can be tailored to specific needs and contexts, including healthcare settings, teams, or educational environments.

Workshops combine psychological knowledge with practical tools and space for reflection, aiming to support both personal and professional development.
